Yes. You may mention pronouns when you send your birth info.
What info is required for the reading?
Please email names, DOBs and questions when you book the reading. Birth time and location are nice-to-haves.
What is the Email response time?
It is 24 - 48 hrs and can take up to 3 business days rarely based on demand. WhatsApp me for urgent help.
Can I send follow-up questions after the reading?
Yes. Do not hesitate to email follow-up questions within a week of your appointment. These will be answered in the order they were received.
What kind of questions are not answered?
No health or legal questions.
Can I change a scheduled reading?
Yes. To change an appointment, please reschedule at least 48 hours before your reading.
Can I cancel a reading?
Feel free to reschedule at least 48 hours before your reading. No cancelations are accepted.
What if I miss an appointment?
No-shows are non-refundable.

Why is my reading canceled?
Services can be canceled at our discretion in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
